1 Minute Keto Success Fat Bomb Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
- 16 Ounces cream cheese
- 1/8 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Cup walnuts
- 5 Oz butter lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a grinder made for coffee, nuts or spices and grind up 1 cup walnuts
- Pour out the ground up walnuts from the grinder and roast in a small skillet on low
- Add the salt
- Stir around for about 3 minutes
- Remove from skillet and allow to cool
- Add 16 ounces of cream cheese to warm nuts
- Sprinkle cinnamon and mix well
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Remove from refrigerator
- On a cutting board lay one leaf of lettuce at a time and spoon cream cheese and nut mixture inside in a log shape
- Fold edges of lettuce in and fold underneath
- Repeat again until mixture is finished
- Place a toothpick in the center and serve in a tray as an appetizer
