1 Minute Keto Success Italian Olive Pate
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 Cups Black olives Pitted
- 1 Whole Lemon Rind & Juice
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 4 Oz Sardines
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Finely ground almond flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
Use a fine grater to get the rind of one lemon
In a high powered blender or food processor finely grind up all ingredients
Chill in refrigerator for an hour
Serve chilled using as a dip or a pate on your favorite keto bread
