1 Minute Keto Success Slimhead Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 3/4 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tsp grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 Tsp basil
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 Tsp sea salt
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1/4 Tsp oregano
- 2 Eggs
TOPPING:
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 Cup no sugar added tomato sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cover a pizza tray using parchment paper
- Use some olive oil to grease well
- Mix all ingredients to make pizza dough in a large bowl
- Place ball of dough in center of pizza tray
- Drizzle some olive oil over the dough and place a sheet of parchment paper over
- Work the dough into a flat pizza using a roller over the parchment paper
- Remove paper
- Bake in oven 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
- Remove from oven
- Turn oven up to 425
- Top pizza crust with sauce, cheese, cherry tomatoes sliced in halves and basil leaves
- Bake in oven 5 minutes
- Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving
