1 Minute Keto Success Fajitas

INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 lb flank steak or pepper steak
    • 3 bells peppers
    • 1 red onion thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: CILANTRO, LIMES, GUACAMOLE, SOUR CREAM AND LETTUCE WRAPS FOR SERVING.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spread onions, peppers and steak on a large sheet pan.

  2. Stir together the spices in a small bowl. Drizzle everything with olive oil and then add the spices. Toss until completely coated.

  3. Bake in oven until steak is done and cooked through. It should be around 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
