INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs hard boiled
  • 2.5 oz walnuts
  • tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil for frying
  • 1 zucchini medium

INSTRUCTIONS:

Grind eggs, walnuts, salt and onion together in blender.

Grind in zucchini.

Form pancakes and fry on both sides until brown.
