MIX BERRIES SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries,
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • I scope protein powder
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Raspberries for topping

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, coconut milk, stevia, ice cubes, salt into a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
2. Add ice cubes and blend for another 30 seconds. Add protein powder and blend for only 2o seconds.
3. Pour smoothie in serving glass top with fresh raspberry and mint leaf.
4. Serve cold and enjoy!
