1 Minute Keto Success Easy Beef Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Pounds ground beef
- 1/4 yellow onion chopped into small cubes
- 1 Cup tomato puree no sugar added
- 1/2 Cup red onion chopped
- 5 Cloves garlic minced
- 2 Avocados chopped into very small cubes
- 1 Bunch fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 Limes each cut into 1/8 wedges
- 1 Cucumber cut into small squares
- 1 head romaine lettuce or butter or iceberg lettuce
- 1 Tsp swerve granular sweetener
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a deep pan over medium heat
- Brown the beef, yellow onion and garlic until the beef is cooked through about 5-7 minutes
- Place all beef seasoning mixture into a small bowl, mix well and add to meat
- Add the Tomato puree and swerve and combine well
- Place in a bowl and set aside
- On a serving tray place lettuce around and spoon the cooked beef inside
- Sprinkle on the chopped cilantro, cubed avocado, cucumber and red onion
- Place lime wedges nearby in a small dish
- At the time of serving squeeze lime on top generously
