1 Minute Keto Success Wine Poached Salmon
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Large onions
- 6 6 oz pieces of salmon wild is preferred
- 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 lemon cut into slices
- 2 cups Pinot Grigio Wine
- Water to cover Salmon
- Sprig of parsley to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place salmon in baking tray.
- Add wine and spices
- Add water to cover
- Add sliced lemon.
- Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
- Alternatively add all ingredients to a covered saute pan and lightly boil for 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley
- PERFECTION!
