1 Minute Keto Success Italian Oven Dried Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 plum tomatoes Ripe
- 6 Cloves garlic finely minced fresh
- black pepper Fresh ground
- 2 Tsp dry basil
- 1/4 cup Olive oil for drizzle
- 1 tbs Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 250
- Line a large pan with parchment paper
- Slice each tomato in half lengthwise
- Gently squeeze out excess liquid
- Place tomatoes on tray in rows
- Drizzle olive oil onto each tomato
- Grind fresh black pepper over generously
- Sprinkle with coarse ground pink Himalayan salt
- Top with dry basil
- Rub in minced garlic
- Place in oven between 4-6 hours depending on how you like it
- Remove from oven
- Allow to cool
- Store in airtight container in the refigerator
